Planning / Production Management / Logistics: Product Management
Promotion / Marketing: Public Relations (PR)
Management / Business Administration- Communication with weaving mills from 12 production regions, schedule management for sample creation and mass production, and fabric inventory control
- Collaboration with Japan’s top-level knit factories and small-scale sewing artisans, schedule management for sample creation and mass production, and product management
- Accurate management of specialized production processes that are difficult to achieve through mass production
- Exploration and negotiation with factories and craftsmen for new product development -
Sales: Direct Store Sales / Retail Sales
Promotion / Marketing: Sales Promotion
Merchandising (MD): Women’s Apparel- Utilize fashion shows as advertising activities and as opportunities to expand wholesale sales
- Negotiate participation in external pop-up events such as department stores
- Approach hotel concierges and travel planners
- Plan, promote, and manage e-commerce sales
- Plan customer flow and conduct sales for collaboration stores with Ushikubi Tsumugi (traditional silk fabric)
- Build community relationships with regional business partners
- Promote and manage product listings for the hometown tax donation program (Furusato Nozei)
- Plan, update, and manage distribution of content for the company website, social media, and in-store/exterior decorations
- Handle customer relations -

Planning / Production Management / Logistics: Product Planning- Assistant for overall design and visual tasks, including graphic design, textile design, fashion design, fixture design, event layout design, and video production
- Support for execution of production tasks
- Communication with clients and business partners
- Schedule management
- Progress tracking and management of deliverables
