【MIZEN】VVIP New Collection Preview & Pre-Order Event (By Appointment Only)

For the first time, MIZEN will present an independent
VVIP New Collection Preview & Pre-Order Event in Taipei.


For this special occasion,
renowned fashion visionary YouGun Lee,
known for his deep understanding of Japanese fashion
and traditional culture,
has been invited to serve as the Exhibition Director.

MIZEN Creative Director Shunsuke Teranishi
and Chief Designer Chientzu (Molly) Teranishi
will also travel to Taipei in person
to introduce guests to the craftsmanship, philosophy,
and design spirit embodied within MIZEN.

During the exhibition period,
the three hosts will personally guide invited VVIP guests
and media through exclusive private viewing sessions,
offering a rare opportunity to experience the beauty
of Japanese traditional craftsmanship and the emotions,
and stories woven into each MIZEN creation—
reflecting the warmth and passage of time
held within artisanal work.

Through a deep focus on the time, history,
and cultural context behind each material and craft technique,
MIZEN seeks to reconsider and redefine the value of clothing,
presenting a new form of soulful luxury
distinct from conventional notions of luxury fashion.

In addition to selected looks from the collection
presented at Tokyo Fashion Week this March, the exhibition
will feature MIZEN’s highly acclaimed KAMUI capes —
iconic pieces that merge traditional kimono craftsmanship
with modern construction techniques —
alongside knitwear collections and summer womenswear pieces.

The event will also showcase menswear,
newly developed patterned ties, shirts,
and lightweight trench coats.
